Rosie and I had a fab time at Gaither’s Family Fest in the Smokies…. 7th year in a row. Didn’t get to stay for any of the entire concerts and we even missed one show… due to Rosie having a blood clot which is causing cellulitis, inflammation and pain in her leg. She had to rest.
First time I have went to Gatlinburg in over 18 years that I was able to walk and shop without ANY major pains in my legs and feet. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia. :-( Just thrilled I was able to have a good time. I have lost an additional 10 lbs and it has seemed to really help my health and self-esteem.
1st time in 4 years that I was confident enough to go meet Ernie Haase and Ronnie Booth. Both were very supportive and noticed that Rosie has lost weight. She has dropped about 250 lbs this year. GO ROSIE!
I have lost over 115 lbs in the last 3 years and continue to lose and shape up. So happy with all the male attention I have started to garner. HOT 2 TROT
I have to thank John, Rick and Shane for their prayers, support, friendship and love. Being able to talk to man without having a panic attack… even online …. is a major advancement for me. Thanks Guys!
Also a multitude of gratitude to all my online guys and dolls who continue to be supportive in my journey against social anxiety.
Also many thanks to Mark and his friend whom I met at The Gaither Show. Their compliments has my self-confidence soaring. Hoping that Mark and I become friends.

Rosie tried Crab Legs and Ribs for the first time and NOW can’t get enough of them. Just so glad that after 11 months she is eating again. Been a rough journey for her. 3 major surgeries and 4 severe infections.
Making BBQ Baby Back Ribs tomorrow. YUM!

Had my first professional manicure 2 weeks ago. Have TIPS… but they are TOO long. Planning on getting fill-ins next week and CUTTING them shorter. Have a french manicure now but I am going to get Black polish next time. ;-)
Dad and I are installing a new ceiling fan and light kit in Rosie’s bedroom tomorrow. I am praying that Dad remains calm and is not grouchy!
