Meat
Marinade |
1/2 tsp. Soy
Sauce
1 TBS. Sweet and Sour Sauce
2 TBS. Lemon Pepper
1 TBS. Olive Oil
1/2 Emerils Original Essence**
4 TBS. Brown Sugar
Dash Cinnamon
Dash of Blackened Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 lbs Meat. Either Beef, Chicken or Pork
(Cubed) |
Mix the
spices with the meat.
Place in a baggie or in
a covered bowl.
Refrigerate at least a few
hours or overnight.
Bake Meat at 375 for 60
minutes or till done. |
**Ingredients: salt, paprika,
granulated garlic, black pepper, onion powder, whole
thyme leaf, whole oregano leaf and cayenne pepper.
