Last night and today I have been battling a tummy virus or food poisoning. Rosie has it as well.

My heart has been beating too fast and I am aware of each beat. I am going to take .25mg xanax. Prolly will knock me out.

Love the curly perm I got. It makes me look like I have triple the hair I did before I got it. I use my new HOT TOOLS Curling iron to smooth out the curls. Looks FAB! Love it so much.

Starting to grow my hair out. Prior to Gastric Bypass my hair was 31″ long. Starting losing my hair a few months after surgery which is VERY COMMON. So I decided to chop it off up to my neck in April 2010. It was so sparse and had all sorts of different lengths coming in….It is finally getting to the point  that I can grow it back out now. I miss my LONG hair! Gonna wear some human hair extensions tomorrow. Haven’t worn them in ages.

I see a new psychiatrist and counselor tomorrow. Rose goes to physical therapy. In between appointments we are going to the mall.

Still having hot flashes and mood swings. But more good times than bad ones since I started HRT Hormone Replacement therapy.

Having a hot flash now… UGH!

They were invented, as was the cereal, by General Mills VP John Holahan, when he cut up a few orange marshmallow Circus Peanuts, stirred them into a bowl of Cheerios, and was impressed with the results.

Heart palpitations, hot flashes, sweats, chills, not able to concentrate, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, weird abnormal issues from head to toe.Not to mention all the myalgia aches and pains.

My Glucose plummeted on me earlier.. glad it is back to normal.

Rosie’s leg is swollen from the trip to West Virginia. It is quite painful. She is gonna call her vascular doc to see if she can see him on Mon or Tues… if not she is going to see Dr Melling.

I just wish I had some energy to do something.

I feel paralyzed and incapacitated at times… MENTALLY.

Just unable to process my thoughts. Everything is muddled. No clarity. Unable to even think of a common words on occasion. It sucks!

There has to me more to life than the one I am living.

I want to LIVE….

I want to help others.

I want to be an extroverted, happy smiling woman with boundless energy to do things instead of sitting on my fat ass all day and doing nothing.

Having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sucks.

Wish my doctors (PLURAL) could finally get me to the point where I want to get out of bed, and once out of bed able to accomplish all I know I am capable of!

In my last relationship… I was the dominate one in the bedroom and thoroughly enjoyed taking control and having my man do as I said.

He and I were EQUALS outside the bedroom.

Brown fat burns energy (preventing obesity), while white fat stores energy (causing weight gain). White fat cells are associated with fat accumulation around organs in the belly, and this so-called “visceral fat” has been linked to an increased risk for diabetes and heart disease, the researchers explained.

The new study, published in the May 6 online edition of the journal Nature Medicine, reports that U.S. researchers found that they could make white fat take on the characteristics of brown fat by blocking vitamin A metabolism in white fat.

“Brown fat, and mechanisms that might allow white fat to take on brown fat characteristics, has been receiving increasing attention as a possible way to treat obesity and its complications,” study leader Dr. Jorge Plutzky, director of the Vascular Disease Prevention Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, said in a hospital news release.

“Although more work is needed, we can add specific aspects of retinoid metabolism to those factors that appear involved in determining white versus brown fat,” he added.

One-third of adults in the United States are obese, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Exercise, diet changes, medications and surgery are among the current methods used to fight obesity.

Gonna TRY and get an appt for me to see Dr Melling. Still having heart palpitations. Yesterday while at the Great Smokies Flea Market I got physically ill from the heat/sun and had to leave. That happens to me often. Has for years. Yesterday was really severe. My skin was cool as a cucumber but the Sweats were uncontrollable. Once I got home I was having freezing chills as well as sweats. NO FUN!

Had a nice chat with my babylove John. From Scotland. He is the only person I have ever opened up to. He listens and cares. He is my BEST FRIEND. I have never even heard his voice.. My choice. I may give him my phone number soon. After 4+ years I think it is time to hear his Scottish Brogue. If he wasn’t married, we would be more than friends only. He and I both knew when we became friends at a BBW (Big Beautiful Woman) friendship site that it would be FRIENDS ONLY.

In the last 18 years I have given my phone number to 2 men. Dr Jeff from England and a guy from the Netherlands. Spoke to both on a few occasions but that was it. NO CHEMISTRY.

Wrote Shane and received a lovely inspiring message back. I adore Shane and Rick… and all their friends…. especially Carmen, Terry, James, and Jesse.

I am so grateful to all my family and friends on Facebook who are compassionate and caring. Love all of you.

Praying for My Friend Dorane’s husband Roger. He had a lung transplant and is doing well. Pray it continues. My Dad worked with Dorane’s step father at Pete’s Ashland Oil back in the late 60′s.

Can’t wait to see my West Virginia Family on Friday!
